Please submit the printed application form along with photocopies of the birth certificate and aadhar card(if applicable), school leaving certificate (if applicable), previous report card (if applicable), Xerox copy of Address proof and Parent's Pan Card (original to be carried for verification) and 3 recent passport size photographs at the school.
